New Moon by Stephanie Meyer
Bella and Edward have already survived an attack by an evil vampire- but their troubles are only beginning. Edward, desperate to give Bella a chance a at normal life, leaves Forks and Bella behind- throwing Bella into a terrible depressed state. Bella slowly begins to come out of it only after she begins spending time with her friend Jacob- but Jacob has a secret of his own. Soon Bella is jet setting off to Italy to stop Edward from making a terrible mistake and the pair find themselves pitted against the oldest family of vampires. This book blows Twilight out of the water. A great sequel that is as difficult to put down as the first book. Fans of Twilight will not be disappointed. The book has a moves along faster than Twilight, but does not have quite as much action. This installment focuses more on Bella and her character grows a good deal over the course of the book. The danger and action comes in at the end. Readers will be anxiously awaiting the next installment.
