What If... All The Boys Wanted You (A Choose Your Destiny Novel #2) by Liz Ruckdeschel and Sara James

After a New England vacation with her family, Haley returns to school with a new haircut and new clothes. She's got lots of choices, what should she do? This is the second in the Choose Your Destiny novel (follows What If… Everyone Knew Your Name). While you can read this installment without the first, you would know more of Hailey's back story and the beginning would make more sense had you read What If... Everyone Knew Your Name first. It is easy to catch up though. The story moves quickly with a lot of decisions to make- some turning out well, some leading to disaster. The story is kind of abrupt, it feels like you are missing pieces of information depending on which "before" led you to the new point of the story, but again, it is easy to catch up. It is fun, but not a must read. Good for 8 - 9th graders, especially reluctant readers. It's basically a Choose Your Own Adventure novel for teen girls.
